Seminars We offer filtration seminars to help our customers better understand the importance of filtration. The classes range from basic to more advanced including IAQ seminars. Classes are held at our location or we can arrange to have them at your business. The meetings typically last two to four hours. |

Service Department We believe our service department is second to none. Our service technicians have earned the designation NCT (National Air Filtration Association Certified Technician) through extensive studying and testing. Attending yearly seminars is required to remain qualified. |

Customer Service Our customer service employees work closely with our outside salesmen to make sure all customers get the response they require. The inside sales staff enters customers' orders, places special order items with the factory for quicker turnaround, tracks orders, expedites incoming or outgoing orders. They also cross reference our products |

Sales Staff Our sales staff undergoes a constant education process in order to be aware of the latest technologies available. Most of our outside sales personnel have earned the designation CAFS (Certified Air Filtration Specialist). This is an extensive program of constant education and an initial test administered by NAFA consisting of over 200 questions taken from the NAFA Guide to Air Filtration Manual. Attending continuing education seminars is a requirement to keep their certification valid. |

Headquarters We purchased our current location in August of 1989. It was 26,500 sq. ft. and we wondered how we would fill it up. |

Off site storage building In the spring of 2004, we were again cramped for space and we purchased a building for off site storage. The front half is leased out and we use the back part for storage |
